Downtown Traffic Circle Now Open

The new traffic circle in downtown Tulsa is now open in all directions.

The roundabout is located at 10th and S. Elgin.

It's part of a $2.6 million street improvement and waterline replacement project that also included work at 11th & Peoria and 6th and Peoria.

The project includes many streetscape features including decorative sidewalks and crosswalks, LED street lighting, cast-iron bollards, bike racks and benches.
