An Oklahoma mother is slapped with a huge fine after her toddler relieves himself.
A police officer spotted the three-year-old urinating in his front yard.
It happened Sunday in Piedmont, near Oklahoma City.
Ashley Warden says her son, who's being potty-trained, dropped his pants and relieved himself.
The officer gave her a ticket for $2,500.
She ripped it up and plans to fight it.
"Is it an embarrassment to the city of Piedmont? Absolutely," says Jennifer Warden, the boy's grandmother. "Do I still support our police officers and police force? Absolutely, but not this."
The city's police chief admits the officer went too far and says the charge will likely be dropped.
