A 49-year-old Tulsa man is due in court today on peeping Tom charges at a local Dollar General store.
Gary Wayne Weiser is scheduled to appear in a Tulsa court room for his preliminary hearing Friday morning. Back in October, he pleaded not guilty to the charges he faces.
Weiser is accused of hiding a camera phone in the
restroom at the store, 35 S. 49th W. Ave., according to a police
report. The incident occurred back in August.
Police were called to the store after a female employee found
the camera phone hiding in a pile of toilet paper sitting on a shelf
next to the toilet, according to the report.
At the time of his arrest, Weiser was store manager at the Dollar General where the incident occurred.
He's currently being held in the Tulsa County Jail.
