November 15th is the 37th Annual Great American Smokeout.

It's a day to encourage tobacco users to make an attempt to quit smoking, even if it's only for one day.

The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline offers free quit coaching and free patches, gum or lozenges for all callers who qualify.

Their phone number is 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669).

You can also go to their website, OKhelpline.com.

The Helpline is funded by the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust and the State Department of Health.

More than 200,000 Oklahomans have called the Helpline to receive free support.
