Two Tulsa men are due in court Friday for allegedly taking part in a shooting that occurred at a Best Buy in July.

Willie Wise, 20, and Jeremy Foster, 22, are set to appear in a Tulsa courtroom at 9 a.m. for their district court arraignment. Both were arrested on July 19, five days after the shooting at the store located on 5520 East Skelly Drive.

According to court documents, Shania Craven, 20, also is due in court for a reconsideration of conditional release. Police arrested her back in October as a material witness to the shooting.

Back in July, Channel 8 was at the scene after TPD and EMSA responded to multiple reports of shots being fired around 2 p.m. at the Best Buy.

Authorities said that shots were fired from the parking lot, one bullet hitting a customer in the parking lot and another bullet penetrating the glass and hitting a customer inside the store.

Surveillance video showed that the shooter ambushed Scott Norman in the parking lot and fired multiple rounds. At least one bullet hit him in the back.

Police said Norman was the intended target at the scene of the shooting.

Wise and Foster pleaded not guilty to the charges back in August. All three also appeared in court earlier this month as four witness were sworn before a courtroom.
