Twinkies Merchandise Hot On eBay

Got some Twinkies in your cupboard? You may have a golden, spongy, cream-filled gold mine. 
That's because prices for the snack cakes, and its related merchandise are skyrocketing, after Hostess Brands is one step closer to closing down. The company is seeking permission from a federal bankruptcy judge to shut down all its bakeries. 

The highest bid on eBay.com for a lunch box featuring Twinkie The Kid hit 690-dollars... and a Twinkies Bake Set was up to 51-dollars. Lots of eBay sellers are also putting up boxes of actual Twinkies, but the tasty cakes are still available on store shelves ... for now.
