The Broken Arrow Police Department has issued a silver alert for 74-year-old David E. Kerns.
Kerns was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt and sweat pants.
The report states Kerns has a severe medical condition or injury and is listed in imminent danger. Kerns is on heart medication and has dementia.
He was last seen driving a silver 2004 Toyota with Oklahoma license plates 270EXT.
Kerns also has a Chow mix dog named Bear with him.

Kerns was located and was safely returned to his family.
