Tulsa county deputies arrest a man accused of inappropriately touching children who live next to him.

Edward Ray Morris, 55, was picked up Monday afternoon on two complaints of child sexual abuse.

According to arrest documents, Morris groped two juvenile girls who live right next door. The victims told
their mother that Morris allegedly grabbed them around their privates.

The girls were very upset and didn't want to tell what happened at first.

Morris is being held in the Tulsa County jail on $200,000 bond. Oklahoma court records show Morris has no criminal past related to sex abuse.
