Tulsa police say a suspect buys some food then holds up the restaurant he bought it from.

The crime happened Tuesday night at the Popeye's store near Pine Street and north Peoria Avenue.

Police said the man came in to order food and sat down to eat it.

When he finished, the guy asked to speak with the manager. He yelled out, "this is a stick up, everybody get down" as he put his hand on the gun in his waistband.

He then ordered the manager to open the safe. Moments later, the man ran off on foot.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man, 30-years-old who stands anywhere from 5'08"-5'10" and weighs 160-180 pounds.

He was wearing a black beanie cap, a brown leather jacket and had stubble on his face.
