Tulsa Police arrested a 25-year-old man Tuesday evening after he reportedly attempted to rob a Tulsa liquor store.
Tulsa police said a man entered the Pine & Peoria Liquor & Wine store around 9 p.m. with a BB gun and demanded money from the clerk.
The north Tulsa store is located in the Seminole Hills Shopping Center on E. Pine Street and N. Peoria Avenue.
According to the police report, the man ordered the clerk to open the safe. During the course of the robbery, the clerk and a security officer were able to the man and held him until police arrived.
Police identified the man as Bernardo Brunet. He was arrested and transported to OSU Medical Center for injuries received from the clerk and security guard.
He is now at the Tulsa County Jail on a charge of attempted robbery with a firearm/dangerous weapon. He's due in court Dec. 19.
