Arvest Bank is buying 29 banking locations from Bank of America in four states including Oklahoma.
The deal also includes most deposit accounts and loans associated with the locations.
The agreement includes four branches in Oklahoma... with two in Muskogee and two in Tahlequah.
The deal also involves 15 branches in Missouri, 9 in Arkansas and one in Kansas.
Arvest says it expects many of the Bank of America employees to transition to the company and keep their current positions.
Arvest expects the deal to receive regulatory approvals in the first quarter of 2013.
