Man Jumps From Turnpike Bridge

Traffic on the Creek Turnpike was backed up Friday morning after someone jumped from a bridge.

It happened just before 9 a.m. on the Sheridan Rd. bridge over the turnpike.

Officers say a 60-year-old Tulsa man got out of his car and jumped from the bridge.  He landed on top of a semi-truck.

Several OHP Troopers and Tulsa Police helped clean up the wreck and get traffic back to normal.
