Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting in West Tulsa.
It happened about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon near the 2600 block of W 38th St. S.
Officers say two neighbors got into a fight and each grabbed a gun.
One of the men was shot three times, once in the face and twice in the hip. He gave a "thumbs-up" sign to his wife as he was being loaded into the ambulance.
