46-year-old Lesley Turay was pronounced dead at the scene after a collision on State Highway 16 in Muskogee County.
Sothea Mconnell, 23, was the driver of the other vehicle involved. He was life-flighted to St. Johns in Tulsa in critical condition.
The details of the accident are still unknown. Troopers are still investigating what happened.
In the report, Turay was wearing her seatbelt, but her airbags did not deploy. Mconnell did not use his seatbelt, however the airbags in his vehicles did deploy.
