TULSA, Okla. -

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 17-year-old male involved in a sexual assault, which took place in December.

Detectives have arrested a black male for committing the sexual assault. Another suspect, a white male who was an accomplice is still at large.

According to the release, on Dec. 21 a sexual assault occurred between 2:40 a.m. and 3 a.m. near 6100 E. Pine St.

The victim was walking west when she noticed the suspects walking from the east calling out to her. According to the report, she stated that she continued to walk through the Snow's Office Supply parking lot and they continued to follow her.

One of the suspects, a black male grabbed her from behind and pushed her into a ditch. The suspect used her necklace to strangle her until she lost consciousness.

The report states that the black male sexually assaulted while a white male stood keeping watch and he told the black male that he was "next."

A vehicle drove up and yelled for the suspects to stop, which caused the suspects to run southbound.

Both suspects had a strong odor of marijuana.

The first suspect is described as a black male, mid to late 20's with a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He is around 5'10" and weighs around 150-170 lbs. He was seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants with a large metal belt buckle.

The second suspect is a white male, mid to late 20's with a similar build, but thinner than the first suspect. He has blonde, short, straight hair. He was seen wearing a white, baggy T-shirt and light blue, baggy jeans.

The Good Samaritan that intervened has not yet been identified.  If you witnessed this assault, please contact the Tulsa Police Department to provide a statement.

The Tulsa Police Sex Crimes Unit is asking anyone with information regarding potential suspects in this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or call police directly.
