Investigators are questioning a 13-year-old suspect in connection to a murder in Jenks, which occurred in early December 2012.

47-year-old Mary Escue was killed after walking into her parents house while it was being burglarized. Police arrested 14-year-old Joshua Scott Mooney of Jenks after admitting to shooting Escue in the head.

Mooney said he grabbed change, money from the victims wallet and took the car. He handed the gun to another person who he'd recently met and was also picked up when Mooney was arrested.

According to Tulsa County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Shannon Clark, they are still questioning people, but are not anticipating making an arrest tonight.
