Tulsa Police are searching for a suspect after a shooting in a North Tulsa neighborhood, Sunday Evening.

Police were called to the 4800 block of North Garrison Place just after eight o'clock.

Tulsa Police Corporal Darin Filak tells KTUL.com, that the suspect shot at a house on the corner of Garrison and 48th Street North, wounding a man in the "lower abdomen."

Filak said combined with a nearby shooting that occurred just hours earlier, that their resources were stretched thin with "a lot of work to do and not enough people to get it done."

Police are currently talking to witnesses and are attempting to put together a better description of the suspect.

The victim was transported by EMSA to an area hospital where he's currently listed in stable condition.
