Rachel Carr (Sheppard)
A 28-year-old Tulsa woman is behind bars Tuesday after she reportedly assaulted a woman and stole her belongings.
It
happened on Friday just before 5 p.m. when Tulsa Police were dispatched
to the area of 500 N. Cheyenne in reference to a strong armed robbery.
At
the scene officers spoke to the victim who stated she was assaulted by
three females, according to the police report.
She said one of females,
later identified as Rachel Carr, stole her social security card, Sprint
cellphone, house keys and Bank of Oklahoma debit card.
Carr, who
also goes by Rachel Sheppard, was identified as the suspect on Jan. 7
after the victim identified her as the individual who attacked her last
week.
She faces a first degree robbery by force/fear charge and is due in court next week.
