The public can get more information on a new bus rapid transit plan for Tulsa.
INCOG is working on a plan to transform Peoria Ave into a rapid transit corridor with special buses and station along a 15-mile route.
The faster bus service would cost $1 million per mile compared to $20 million per mile for light rail service.
INCOG is holding an informational meeting Tuesday, January 8th at 6:00 PM.
It's at the South Brooke Church of Christ at 38th and S. Peoria.
For the past three years, the 3 Gun Nation Pro Series shooting competition has only been for men. This year, they are opening it up to an elite group of women, and a Tulsa Police officer is one of those women. Ten ladies have earned their spot on this pro series. Each pro has to use a riffle, shotgun, and pistol, and it's not easy to be a master of all three.
