Silver Alert Canceled for 53-Year-Old Out of Oklahoma County

A Silver Alert issued Thursday morning for a 53-year-old man out of Oklahoma City has been canceled.

Officials at the Oklahoma City Police Department issued the alert for Michael Smith.

According to OCPD's release, Smith was reported missing early Wednesday morning. He was last seen on foot in the area of 10001 S. Douglas Ave.

Smith was reportedly wearing dress pants, tie, shirt, fedora hat and a mid-length blue coat, according to the release. No other description was provided.

Police also said that Smith is mentally handicapped with brain damage.
