Tulsa Police were at a south Tulsa apartment complex late Monday where a most wanted suspect managed to elude arrest.
It happened at an apartment on 47th Place and Braden Avenue around 11:30 p.m.
Corporal Jarrod Hart told KTUL.com that TPD responded to the scene after they received a tip that Johnathan Diedrich was inside the apartment.
Hart said that Diedrich managed to get away before officers responded to the complex and he remains at large.
According to a release from TPD, Diedrich is wanted out of Tulsa County in a shooting with intent to kill case. He also has a felony warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle and multiple misdemeanor warrants.
