Tulsa -

Two employees of a megachurch are due in a Tulsa courtroom Friday accused of waiting two weeks to report the rape of a 13-year-old girl on ministry grounds.

John and Charica Daugherty - the son and daughter-in-law of the co-founder and pastor at the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center - are expected to appear in district court Friday.

They each face one misdemeanor count of failing to report the abuse in a timely manner. They have pleaded not guilty.

Back at the beginning of November, a motion from Tulsa prosecutors said John and Charica were legally required to report the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl on the ministry's campus the moment they had reason to believe child abuse had occurred.

Three other megachurch employees facing the same charges have hearings Feb. 13. They've also pleaded not guilty.

On Tuesday, a judge refused to dismiss charges against Israel Castillo. He's accused of sending lewd and indecent proposals to a 14-year-old girl during his time at the church.

Chris Denman pleaded guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl and was sentenced to 55 years in prison back in December.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
