It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when police were assigned to the 4400 block of E. 68th in reference to a first degree burglary.

According to the police report, when Tulsa Police arrived they encountered Jared Fletcher through the shattered back sliding door still inside the apartment. Fletcher was naked from the waist down.

In her statement to police, the woman said she was "woken up to a loud bang on the sliding glass door" and ran out the front door when she heard the glass shatter.

At the scene of the break in, a witness also told officers that he observed Fletcher climb over the fence between the units. "He then took his pants off and threw them several yards."

The witness told police that Fletcher used a rock to break through the apartment's window, according to the police report.

During the time he was at the woman's apartment, Fletcher broke a Dell laptop and ransacked the bedroom breaking furniture and throwing chairs.

Fletcher was taken to the Tulsa County Jail where records showed him to have a history of burglary and larceny.
