Registered Sex Offender Identified in Groping Case

Tulsa Police Department along with Broken Arrow and Bixby Police have identified the man accused of groping women and exposing himself, Thursday, Jan. 31.

The TPD Sex Crimes Unit in conjunction with Broken Arrow and Bixby departments identified Jaime Hartness, 32, from Carthage, Missouri as the suspect.

Hartness is a registered sex offender with a outstanding warrant for four counts of sexual battery and three counts of indecent exposure.

He is accuses of groping women and exposing himself in the Woodland Hills Mall area.

According to a release, Hartness is 5'11" and weighs 180lbs. He may be driving a 2002 gray Mercury Sable with Oklahoma tag 772-FIC.
