T-Town Rundown: Friday events for Tulsa Area

Today's rundown of events happening around the Tulsa area.

For the Art Lovers: Head on down to the Brady Art District where on the first Friday of every month galleries open their doors to invite anyone interested in the monthly art crawl. Doors open at 6p.m. You can learn more at  www.thebradyartsdistrict.com.

Also The Tulsa Artists' Coalition Gallery, 9 E. Brady, Tulsa, will present a new exhibit. Featured artists will be Daniel Gulick and Brian Hampton who will be there for the opening from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibit will be on display during gallery hours until Feb. 23 and it's free. Claremore: Attention all motor heads. The Claremore Expo Center will be hosting The American Motocross. Gates open at 6 p.m. races begin at 7:30 p.m. Advanced tickets are $14 for adults and $7 for children. Events are Feb. 1-2. Learn more at motorheadevents.com.

Sports: In the mood for a basketball game? Come cheer on the Tulsa 66ers as they take on the Erie Bayhawks at the Spirit Bank Event Center. Tickets start at $12 event begins at 8 p.m. Learn more at tulsa66ers.com.

Tulsa Performing Arts Center: The Tulsa Ballet will be presenting "Lady of Camellias," a story of star-crossed lovers. Performances are Feb. 1-2 at 8 p.m.; Feb. 3 at 3 p.m. Get tickets and learn more at tulsaballet.org.
