Dry Air To Replace Early Morning Showers

Posted: Updated:

Dryer air is sweeping across the metro, chasing spotty showers that dotted the area early Monday.

Meteorologist Andrew Kozak said the minor storms dropped rain, a lighting bolt or two and even some extremely isolated reports of pea sized hail.

"The rule today will be breezy and mild conditions with decreasing clouds and mostly sunny skies by the end of the afternoon. Mild weather will stay with us all week, along with the chances of a few showers/storms by Thursday," Kozak said.

Monday: Decreasing clouds, breezy and mild. Winds: S/N 10-20 mph. High in Tulsa of 61.

Monday Night: Clear and cold. Light winds. Low in Tulsa: 30.
