Officers Continue Search for Missing Former Muskogee Resident

A Silver Alert continues for a 74-year-old man out of Grady County after he was reportedly last seen in Chickasha.

According to the Grady County Sheriff's Department, Allen Byfield was last seen Tuesday afternoon in the area of Highway 19 and Highway 58 in Caddo County going eastbound.

Officials with the sheriff's department said that on Feb. 6 Byfield reportedly a resident for directions to get back to Chickasha.

Lori White, a relative of Byfield, told KTUL.com that he is originally from the Muskogee area. She said it is possible he could be in the Tulsa area.

According to the release from the sheriff's department, Byfield is described as a 74-year-old white male, 5 foot 10 inches and 230 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, flannel shirt, gray ballcap and glasses.

He is diagnosed with Alzheimer's and also with his gray yorkie.

Byfield drives a gray 2006 Dodge four-door truck with the Oklahoma license plate 819GZR. The back drivers-side tail light is out and a diamond plate tool box is attached to the back.
