Q. What should I eat on my wedding morning to give me enough strength to get through the day?

A. Choose foods that will help to stabilize your blood sugar and won't sit in your stomach like lead (or give you gas and bloat).

Try cheese and crackers, a banana with yogurt, a bowl of cereal, or a fruit smoothie.

If you're lactose intolerant, try pita bread with peanut butter, dry cereal mixed with nuts and raisins, or scrambled egg whites on a roll.
