A baseball scrimmage event for Multiple Sclerosis helped bring awareness to the disease.

The varsity teams from Jay, Broken Arrow, Tahlequah, Union and other schools came together to play.

A Broken Arrow High School coach has a brother who has MS and at one time coached at Union.

The connection to someone with MS created a bond and the success of today's scrimmage.

Ray Mack from the MS society says, "We just want to bring awareness.
Any one of the students have the ability to go out and help and volunteer in the community."

The event was hosted by the National MS Society and the Youth Against MS.

It was a family-fun event which also included a raffle of sports gear.
