Tulsa, Oklahoma -
After three teens were shot and one killed, the shooter was charged, Friday, March 1.
Mark Hopkins, 42, was charged with three counts of shooting with intent to kill and one count of first degree murder.
Tulsa Police were called out to a shooting at an apartment complex across the street from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, Feb. 21.
Investigators stated that Hopkins had opened fire, hitting all four victims. 18-year-old Chaz Fain was killed.
