Deputies arrested a man that fled from them Tuesday afternoon after being served a warrant for his arrest.

Terrance Sanders was taken into custody after a deputy found him lying under a bush at the Drysdales in east Tulsa.

Tulsa County Sheriffs Office Shannon Clark told KTUL.com that deputies were attempted to serve him with the warrant at a hotel near the Drysdales when he fled on foot.

Tulsa Tech's Tony Heaverline said the campus near 34th and Memorial was placed on lockdown while deputies attempted to search for him. It was lifted following his arrest.

Tulsa Police were also called to assist TCSO in their search for Sanders. The command post was set up at the Drysdales near the Village Inn where the deputy found Sanders.
