Flu Watch: Officials Report One New Death in Tulsa County

Department of Health officials released their newest flu numbers Thursday morning and reported three new deaths in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health report released Thursday shows that three more deaths were reported and 14 people were hospitalized since the previous report was released last week.

According to their release, there have been a total of 1036 cumulative hospitalizations since Sept. 30. In Tulsa County, the number of deaths is up one from last week at eight total.

Tulsa County has seen a total of 295 hospitalizations due to the flu since the season began, according to the department's website.
