Opens new facilities in Franklin, MA
BOSTON, March 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactions Corporation, provider of the most conversational automated systems for customer care, today announced the opening of a new corporate office in Franklin, MA. The new office serves as home to over 50 employees with expansion capacity in accordance with expected headcount growth.

The new facilities are centrally located in the Franklin Innovation Center, a ground-up renovation of a turn of the century brick felt mill. The offices are highlighted by sandblasted brick and beam. Original mill hardware fixtures have been repurposed into board tables and executive desks.
Interactions opened its first office in Franklin, MA in 2008 with just four employees. Over a 5 year period, corporate headquarters shifted from Indianapolis, IN to Franklin and has grown into Interactions' most fully-staffed corporate office.
Franklin, home to America's first public library, serves as a growing hub in the Boston area; major corporations such as EMC, New England Power, and Cisco operate corporate facilities out of the Boston suburb.
