Officers Locate Missing 82-Year-Old Tulsa Man

An 82-year-old Tulsa man was located Wednesday morning after authorities issued a Silver Alert.

Officials at the Tulsa Police Department located Richard Norman after he was reported missing just after 6 a.m. Wednesday in south Tulsa near the 6600 block of S. New Haven Ave. The Silver Alert was canceled just before noon.

According to the release, Norman was last seen this morning before the Silver Alert was issued just after 10 a.m. He was believed to have been in a 2007 silver Nissan Altima with the license plate 550GNQ.

Norman was reportedly wearing a dark colored jacket and khaki pants.No other information about his appearance was provided.

Authorities also described Norman has having dementia and suffering from memory loss.
