A Tulsa man was arrested over the weekend after he was caught exposed behind a business and attempting to break in through a window, police said.

Tulsa Police placed Justin Gadlage under arrest Sunday afternoon on a first degree burglary and indecent exposure complaint. He was taken into custody near the 5400 block of S. 79th E. Ave.

According to his arrest report, officers were called to the scene after the victim inside the building observed Gadlage "masturbating behind the business."  When he finished masturbating, he walked up to the building and broke the window.

When Gadlage broke the window and climbed through the victim screamed and he proceeded to run and hide. When officers arrived on scene and attempted to make contact he took off running despite orders to stop.

Police arrested him moments later and a search of his person turned up a bag containing marijuana and a device for smoking the drug, according to the report. Gadlage also had an odor on him "associated with alcoholic beverages," bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

Gadlage was booked on an additional public intoxication and resisting arrest complaint. He is due in court next week.
