Rogers County Sheriff Deputies busted a pot growing operation in a house in Claremore.

Deputy Quint Tucker got a search warrant after learning of a man growing marijuana inside the city limits.

The department posted pictures and information on their official Facebook page.

Monday, Deputies arrested Charles Striplin.

They found a closet that had been converted into a grow room with lights and a ventilation system.

Deputies found several canisters of marijuana buds that weighed about 6 pounds and also 8 firearms inside the house.

Striplin's 4-year-old grandson was visiting at the time of the bust, so he is being charged with Child Endangerment in addition to Cultivation of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia and Use of a Firearm While Committing A Felony.
