A new south Tulsa fast food restaurant is packed with customers, and it isn't even open for business yet.

Every car stall at latest Sonic location - on 81st street in Tulsa Hills - is occupied. It's a gimmick set up to mark the opening of the chain's 90th store.

When the place opens for the first time Wednesday morning, each customer in the stalls will receive a year's worth of free Sonic food.

Sonic started in Oklahoma almost 60 years ago. It's first location was in Shawnee.
