Officers Arrest Most Wanted Suspect in Arkansas

A 41-year-old man most wanted by police on an outstanding warrant was taken into custody in Arkansas.

Reid Neff was wanted out of Tulsa County on a felony warrant for possession of stolen vehicle. Tulsa Police announced Tuesday that authorities arrested him in Carroll County, Arkansas.

According to the release from TPD, Neff also is wanted on a misdemeanor warrant. His bond was set at $5,000.

Neff is described as being 5 foot 9 inches in height and 200 pounds. He also has brown hair and brown eyes.
