Pizza Sales Help Moore

Posted: Updated:

Papa John's Pizza has teamed up with the Salvation Army to help victims in Moore.

One dollar from every order across the nation Sunday will be donated to the organization.

The Salvation Army provides food, supplies and emotional care for those affected by disasters.

Organizers say they are proud of Oklahoma's generosity. Sallie Godwin with the organization says, "People have really stepped up with donating money, donating items that are needed in the tornado recovery."

Godwin says they do not need any extra supplies, so the best way to help is to text "Storm" to 80888. That sends a $10 donation.

Reasors has announced they will match donations up to $10,000.
