Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for all the women and men who have served our nation. We've compiled a list of things for veterans and others in the Tulsa area who are looking for something to do.

Eat: The VFW Post 577 will be giving out free hamburgers to all veterans today at 12 p.m. The post is located at 1109 E. 6th Street.

Watch: Today the Tulsa Drillers take on the Frisco Roughriders at 1:05 p.m. If you prefer basketball, the Tulsa Shock will play the Washington Mystics at 7 p.m.

Enjoy: The Backwoods Bash continues today starting at noon. Head out to Keystone Lake for live music and catch some sun on this gorgeous Memorial Day. Tickets are $40 at the gate and kids 12 and under are free. Be sure to remember your cooler and grills!

Discover: From 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. families can enjoy Circus Day at the kids Discovery Lab at Owen park. Juggle, hoop, dive and tumble and let the kids burn off all their energy before bed.

Remember: At 3 p.m. there will be a nationwide moment of silence. The National Moment of Remembrance will last a minute and across the country people will be participating.
