A Tulsa man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on charges that he was drunk in public and resisting commands from officers.

Tulsa Police arrested Felix Anthony Jr. and booked him on one complaint of public drunkenness. He was taken into custody near the 5600 block of N. Peoria.

According to the booking report, Anthony was the passenger in the vehicle of a driver that was charged with driving under the influence. He reportedly left the vehicle and was "asked three times to get back in [the] car [and] refused."

Officers described that Anthony was very unsteady on his feet, talked with slurred speech and had red blood shot watery eyes. He was also unable to follow simple instructions.

Anthony was taken to the Tulsa County Jail. He is due in court next week.
