Two Tahlequah Teenagers Were Killed in Car Accident

Two Tahlequah teenagers were killed early Saturday morning.

According to a new release from Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Paul Blevins Jr. and 14-year-old Michael Rogers were killed after being ejected from a truck.

The driver, Ryan Molina, 22, had seven passengers in his car. The accident occurred near Indian Road and Pettit Bay Road, 5.9 miles south of Tahlequah.

Blevins and Rogers were two of five that were ejected from the truck bed after the driver of the vehicle failed to stop  at a stop sign and struck a tree.

15-year-old Casey Kelly, 22-year-old Christain Hooper [sic], and 16-year-old Haley Seal were also ejected from the vehicle. Seal is in stable condition with leg injuries.

18-year-old Micah Holcomb was transported to a Tulsa hospital and is in critical condition. Only one passenger was not injured.

OHP is still investigating the cause of the collision and the condition of the driver.
