Owasso Church Offers Free Dental Care For Kids

Posted: Updated:

An Owasso church is offering the gift of a great smile in the form of free dental care.

New Heights Church, 106 N. Main St. in Owasso, is once again partnering with the Oklahoma Dental Foundation to provide free dental treatments for kids 18 and younger without insurance.

The main event is Wednesday, July 31, but each kid must be pre-screened and that's happening Wednesday, July 10.

"It provides education and good techniques on dental care," says senior pastor John-David Meissner. "It also helps boost self-esteem, because if you have a healthy smile you're willing to smile more and it just boosts their self confidence."

Pre-screenings are Wednesday at the New Heights Church in Owasso from 6-7 p.m.

To sign up, call 918-274-1725. Do it early.. Because we're told spaces are limited.
