The Tulsa man accused of hiding in the septic tank of a women's restroom at White Water Park formally faces a peeping Tom charge.
52-year-old Kenneth Enlow was charged with one count of peeping Tom in a Tulsa court on Thursday.
If convicted, he faces up to a year in prison and a $5,000 fine.
According to a police report by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, a mother and her 7-year-old daughter spotted Enlow inside the septic tank of the public restroom on Sunday. The park is near Keystone Lake.
According to an affidavit filed Thursday, Enlow hid in the septic tank "with the unlawful and willful intent then and there to watch, gaze and look upon the occupants therein in a clandestine manner."
Enlow told responding officers that his girlfriend had hit him in the head with a tire iron and dumped him there, but a trip to the hospital did not find injuries consistent with that story, the report said.
Enlow remains in the Tulsa Co. Jail on a $500 bond. He also faces outstanding warrants out of Okmulgee County.
