One Killed, Two Injured in Hwy. 75 Wreck

Emergency crews are on scene at a deadly wreck on Highway 75 near Pine and Apache Friday morning.

There is one confirmed fatality in the wreck involving two vehicles that occurred about 6:30 a.m. Friday.

According to authorities, a vehicle heading southbound crossed over into the northbound lanes and hit another vehicle head-on.

Two other victims were transported to the hospital.

Emergency responders closed the northbound lanes as they investigated. One southbound lane remains open.

Crews expect the lanes to be open around 9 a.m.
