Tulsa Teen's Body Recovered from Keystone After Lake Mishap
Troopers have recovered the body of a Tulsa teen who drowned in Keystone Lake while trying to save two friends who were struggling in the water.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Betsy Randolph said 18-year-old Brendan Earl's body was recovered late Thursday after he jumped into the lake to help his friends who accidentally waded into deep water.
Officials told KTUL that Earl was with four of his friends at the Lake Country Swim Beach when he died. One of the teens was treated and transported at the scene.
Troopers had no other information to report at this time.
