Authorities are searching for two suspects after an armed robbery in East Tulsa early Friday morning.

It happened at the Shell gas station on 31st and Memorial around 1 a.m.

According to police, a man was robbed at knife point as he was trying to pre-pay for gas and the suspects made off with his wallet.

A short time later, police got a call about a disturbance at the McDonald's on 31st and Memorial.

When officers arrived, they found the people in the vehicle matching the description of the two suspects of the armed robbery, plus a a woman.

According to Tulsa Police Sgt. Chris Moudy, the occupants of the vehicle were uncooperative with police, the driver was under the influence of alcohol and the woman had warrants out for her arrest.

Both were arrested and taken to jail. One of the suspects was nipped by a police dog as they were being taken into custody and treated on scene by EMSA, police said.

However, the victim of the armed robbery at the Shell station said they were not the same suspects who held him up earlier.

The two armed robbery suspects are still at large.

One suspect is described as a white male in a white shirt wearing a white hat. The second suspect is described as a black male.
