Man Dies from Gunshot Wound at West Tulsa Apartment Complex
Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the death of a 28-year-old man at a west Tulsa apartment complex over the weekend.
Tulsa Police stated in a release that officers, paramedics and firefighters were called to the Western Pines apartment complex at 2339 S Maybelle in reference to a shots fired call. This happened around 2 a.m. Sunday.
According to the release, upon their arrival officers found a "28-year-old male in grave condition from a gunshot wound." EMSA transported the male to an area hospital where he died. He was later identified as Brad Lyles.
Detectives are now trying to investigate what happened before Lyles was murdered. No information on a suspect(s) has been released at this time.
