The FBI is helping in the search for a robber who held up an Oklahoma City bank in a fake beard Monday morning.
According to authorities, the man approached the teller at the Bank of Oklahoma on 11300 N. May Ave. around 9 a.m. and demanded she give him all of her money.
The robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen heading east through the bank parking lot on foot.
The subject is described as a black male, late 20's to mid 30's, 6'00", heavy build.
He was last seen carrying a black backpack and wearing a fake beard, straw hat with small brim, and sunglasses.
The subject displayed a semi-automatic pistol prior to leaving the bank. No one was injured.
This robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department. Anyone with information is requested to call the Oklahoma City FBI Office at (405)290-7770 (24 hour number). Callers may remain anonymous.
The Oklahoma Banker's Association offers a reward of up to $2,000.00 for information leading to the identification, arrest and/or conviction of anyone robbing a member bank.
