Tulsa Police are searching for a 'person of interest' in the homicide of a man found shot to death at a West Tulsa apartment on Sunday.

Friday morning, Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said authorities are looking for 18-year-old Keenan Sean Davis, also known as"Burkhalter," to speak with about his knowledge of the murder.

"We have been searching for Davis to interview him about his knowledge of the murder. Davis has eluded the efforts to contact him," Walker said in a news release.

Davis is also wanted on two misdemeanor warrants in Tulsa. He is described as a black male, standing 5'7" and weighing about 150 lbs.

Brad Lyles, 28, was discovered at the Western Pines apartment complex around 2 a.m. Sunday with a gunshot wound. He died from his injuries at the hospital.

It marks the 38th homicide in Tulsa this year.

Those with information on the murder or where Davis can be found are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677 or the Homicide Tip Line at 918-798-8477.
